Sorry to hear about your uncle. In reading your article, I realized how many of these things I do. Except the meditation piece. Meditation is hard for me because of trauma that lives in the body. But movement is my go to. With regards to the singing/humming and its connection to vagus, it occurs to me that whistling may also have that effect and is something that I will do when I’m alone and it makes me feel good.
